Check the email address you enter
If you haven't received a response to your help form it will be because you have either, incorrectly entered your email address or entered an email address that is not valid.
Gmail users check More > Spam file.
Account confirmation emails
An account confirmation email is sent immediately and should be with you the next time your ISP delivers your emails to your account. If you have not received your confirmation email check your Spam/Junk folder. Your confirmation email may have been quarantined by your IT people so check with them as well. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address with instructions how to get access again.
Best to use email address only to search!
