Consultant Immunologist and Allergist position, Leicester, UK

The Immunology Department at Leicester Royal Infirmary has advertised to recruit a Consultant Immunologist and Allergist, with the advert link below.  They are offering an incentive of £15k up front and £15k after three years, in addition to a relocation package.  They would support a 1 year locum if it helps with registration, and that locum period would qualify as part of the three year incentive package.  The deadline for applications is 20/01/2020, although any expression of interest would be welcome.  For more information email This email address is being protected from spambots. Immunology Consultant Grade Clinical Scientist position, Leicester, UK

The Immunology Department at Leicester Royal Infirmary has also advertised to recruit a Consultant grade Clinical Scientist in Immunology (either Band 8C or Band 8D, depending on previous experience and leadership skills) to join their department, composed of 3 Medical Consultants, 1 Consultant Clinical Scientist (this post), 2 non-Consultant grade Clinical Scientists, 2 Specialist Registrars, 1 STP, 3 Band 7 managerial staff, and a large body of scientific and support staff. This team works closely together to provide an efficient, high quality laboratory and clinical diagnostic service. If the applicant has the necessary leadership skills and experience to head the Laboratory Immunology service, application for the Band 8D position is encouraged (see relevant Job Description and Person Specification).
